Ways to Purchase
Choose your preferred way of purchase - via online, Cash on Delivery or make an appointment with us to walk in. We have ready stocks available.

Once you have found a product you would like to buy, you simply press the +Order button. Up until that point in the top right hand area of the screen you would see the words ‘0 Item(s)’. As soon as you add a product to your basket this text changes to ‘1 item(s)’ and this becomes a link which will allow you to view your basket at any time.
You may amend your order quantity via the drop down menu or remove any item at any point by clicking on the remove button.
Once confirmed, click on ‘Proceed to next step’ to complete your order.
Choose shipping method according to your liking - express shipping or registered parcel by clicking on the radio button. Shipping fee will be generated on the left hand side of the page, showing the total payable of your order.
Fill up the required details accordingly. Double confirm on your mailing address and contact details to make sure it’s accurate to avoid any inefficient delivery.

Once you are ready to finalize your purchase, select “Submit Order” to complete the order. Do not click more than once, or the system may duplicate your order. Once order has been submited, a confirmation will be sent via email.
Process Your Order
We will respond within 1 business day and once payment is confirmed we will once again email you the tracking code of your order. To review a submitted order, click the Login link in the top right corner of most pages on our site.
We aim to process orders on the day of receipt provided we receive it before 12pm on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand and around holiday dates.
